                 Step-1:

Ethene(CH₂=CH₂) reacts with HBr and we get 1-bromo ethane(CH₃-CH₂-Br).



                       Step-2:


1-bromo ethane(CH₃-CH₂-Br). reacts with KCN and we get propane nitrile(CH₃-CH₂-CN).




                  Step-3:

Propane nitrile(CH₃-CH₂-CN) react s with LiAlH₄ and we get propyl amine(CH₃-CH₂-CH₂-NH₂).


                      Step-4:

Propyl amine (CH₃-CH₂-CH₂-NH₂) reacts with nitrous acid( that is produced by the reaction between NaNO₂ and HCl) and produce propanol(CH₃CH₂CH₂-OH).



                   Step-5:

Propanol(CH₃CH₂CH₂-OH) reacts with PCl₅ and produce 1-chloro propane(CH₃CH₂CH₂Cl).



                   Step-6:


 1-chloro propane(CH₃CH₂CH₂Cl) reacts with alcoholic KOH and produce propene【CH₃-CH=CH₂】
