Chemistry How to Balance Chemical or Chemistry Equations||How to Balance Chemical Equations Step by Step

Hello,Everyone!Now we are going to learn how to balance chemical equations step by step.

Balancing chemical equations means to equalize the number of same atom from both side of a chemical equation.

A chemical equation expresses the reactants in the left side and products in the right side of = sign or -->sign.

Now follow the following steps to know how to balance chemical equations step by step.

Method One

Let us take a example:

●C₄H₁₀ + O₂--->CO₂ +H₂O

Balancing this equation means to equalize the number of carbon,hydrogen and oxygen from both sides.

           Step-1:

Write down your targeted equation

●C₄H₁₀ + O₂--->CO₂ +H₂O

Here,butane reacts with oxygen and produce carbondioxide and water.

                Step-2:

Now write the number of each atom from both sides of the equation.
