           3/10 Times 2/3

              Step-1:

Times means "×" sign

=3/10 × 2/3



                 Step-2:

●Multiply all top numbers.The obtained number will be the numerator of the new fraction.

●Multiply all bottom numbers.The obtained number will be the denominator of the new fraction.

=(3×2)/(10×3)



                Step-3:

Now simplify the new fraction by canceling the common factors if needed.

=(3×2)/(10×3)

=2/10

=2/(5×2)

=1/5

As there is no common factor of 1 and 5 ,
So,3/10 times 2/3 as a fraction is  1/5.
